Who doesn’t love a good duct tape project? This tutorial from Erin at Thanks I Made It! transforms a simple clutch into a Carlos Falchi-inspired accessory.
“I think my favorite part of the clutch is that it’s not permanent. If I ever get inspired by a different pattern, or just want a simpler look, I can easily update it.”

Check out this bright and colorful submission from Mitzi of The Cardigan Closet!
Made this purse from a few pieces of black felt, cardboard, packs of rhinestones, and a turn lock & chain from a craft store:
See the how-to on my blog —> here!
Quick steps:
1. Cut cardboard and score into 4 panels: flap, front, back, and bottom
2. Measure out felt and sew directly onto cardboard
3. Position turn lock and cut through felt/cardboard
4. Bedazzle and bejewel!
5. Sew additional panels of felt on the sides
6. Poke chain through side panels
7. Voila! Sparkly bag ready to jazz up your outfit! :)
