DIY dream-catcher necklace/headband

I took the scraps of junk i had lying around my house to do this DIY. The necklace may not be as metallic and bold as the dream-catcher necklaces you find in Forever21, but i’m pretty content with the earthiness of mine (:

Materials: dream-catcher, a keychain thingy, a pre-made braided strap with hooks, a tribal printed ribbon.

I put the strap into the slit on the dream-catcher and i used the keychain thingy to connect the two hooks together.

I took the tribal ribbon and tied it about 4 inches from the dream-catcher.

I wrapped the tribal ribbon on the braided strap using a criss-cross pattern and kept it tight.

I tied the tribal ribbon when it reached the end of the strap.

Wear it at as necklace! (:

….OR leave the hooks unattached and tie the braided strap itself around to wear it as a headband! ^.^
